Instructions for Pass Holders
Congratulations! You're saving a bundle by purchasing a Pass... Flex Pass holders get up to six tickets, and Carte Blanche holders get up to 12 tickets. Plus, you can redeem up to two tickets per show -- so bring a friend! Remember, if you wear your hang-tag, you and one guest are entitled to free entry to the Opening and Closing parties, plus all Mixers. (Carte Blanche holders are welcome at exclusive Donor events as well.)
How to Redeem your tickets AFTER JUNE 1st:
Step One:
First, check the schedule and pick which shows you want to see.
Step Two:
Choose from the following three ways to book your tickets:
- ONLINE. Click the "Patron Login" button on the upper right corner of our website. Enter the email and password of the person who booked the tickets. Once logged in, you can redeem your tickets.
- BY PHONE. You can call OvationTix, our ticketing service, and they can help you redeem your passes. Dial 866-789-TENN (8366), ext. 1.
- IN PERSON. If you want to wait until you get to Provincetown for the Festival, you can easily stop at the box office (Crown and Anchor) to order your tickets any time after 12:00 noon on September 19th. However, you may risk shows being sold-out.
Step Three:
Pick up your tickets at the Passholder Lounge, across from the Box Office starting on Wednesday, September 19th.
