Tickets sold in advance will not be mailed.
All tickets must be obtained from the box office at least 45 minutes prior to performance.
EVERYONE MUST HAVE A TICKET TO GET IN - even Pass holders.
(This prevents us from over-selling a performance.)
Passes and tickets may be picked up at the Box Office beginning Thursday September 19.
Passes are personalized, bearing pass holder's name. Passes are not transferable to any other person.
Pass holders must wear the pass to receive benefits such as priority seating and free entry to parties.
*Cover charges for some parties may be paid at the door.
SEATING POLICIES
The house opens 15 minutes prior to curtain time. Carte Blanche holders will be seated first, in a reserved section. All other seating is general admission.
Pass Holders will be seated first, if present 15 minutes prior to show time. Flex Pass holders are required to be at show venues no later than 15 minutes prior to curtain time in order to receive priority seating. Carte Blanche holders can be assured of a premium seat until curtain time, as long as they have booked tickets in advance. All reserved seats will be released at curtain time at the discretion of house management.
TICKET POLICIES
All tickets are final sales. Single tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except under special circumstances defined by Festival. Pass holders may exchange tickets for alternate performances of the same show, pending ticket availability. Exchanges must be completed by phone or in person at the box office. Shows, performers, venues, times and dates are subject to change. In the event of a programming change, ticket holders will be notified by e-mail and posted signs at the box office.
